What's under your feet?

Think about your snowboard. OK. Now think about what your snowboard is made of. Got it? Now think about where those materials came from. Do you think carbon fiber is found laying on the ground in the woods? Are your steel edges something that a person can dig up out of the ground and slap on a snowboard as is?
What I am trying to get at is the fact that a lot of energy and resources go into the making of each and every snowboard. These processes take its toll on the environment causing things like climate change/ global warming that in the end means less snow for you to play on. So, when you buy a snowboard think about what went into that board and make the switch to ride snowboards manufactured by companies that are not only environmentally conscious but actually work towards having less of an impact on our planet.

Here is a little clip about Arbor; I rode an Arbor last season and they are amazing and environmentally friendly!

If you want to know more about Arbor stop into Continental Ski and Bike to check out what they have got or check out  Arbor (<=click this to check out Arbor) at their website!

Happy belated Earth Day!
